NASCAR at Watkins Glen: Vegas odds, fantasy advice, prediction, sleepers, drivers to watch

The Big 3 will appear to continue their dominance as NASCAR heads into the second road-course race of this season: the GoBowling in the Glen 220.

While Kyle Busch, Kevin Harvick and Martin Truex Jr. are understandably the favorites once again, on this 2.45-mile monitor at Watkins Glen there are bound to be a couple of drivers, which you may not anticipate, threatening the leaders.

AJ Allmendinger has only two top-10 finishes this season, but using four top-10s in his past five races at the Glen including a win in 2014, he’ll be at or near the top all day long as his competitive nature plays well on those street courses – even if Watkins Glen is not as technically challenging as Sonoma.

Denny Hamlin may not be the exact same sort of sleeper pick as Allmendinger, however with five top-10 finishes – including four in the top 5 in his last five road-course races – that the 37-year-old has to be optimistic that he can grab his first win of this season in New York on Sunday.
